  • The court sentenced Mr. Andries Jeremia Labuschagne as follows:

    • 12 months’ direct imprisonment for the cruelty and abuse inflicted upon Leo.

    • Six years’ imprisonment for the offence committed against the minor victim, of which four years were suspended, resulting in an effective sentence of two years’ imprisonment on this charge.

  • The court sentenced Mrs. Reinette Labuschagne to:

    • Four years’ imprisonment, of which two years were suspended, resulting in an effective sentence of two years’ imprisonment.

  • These sentences represent the culmination of a lengthy legal process and reflect the court’s finding that the offences committed warranted criminal punishment.

UNSUCCESSFUL PROJECT. SAD & TRAGIC JUSTICE SYSTEM. THESE TWO LOW LIFE USELESS PIECES OF AFTERBIRTHS WILL BE OUT IN A BLINK OF AN EYE, ON THEIR MERRY WAY TO THE NEXT VICTIM, KILLING AND MOLESTING FOR REVENGE BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN PUT BEHIND BARS WHILE “INNOCENT”. Lapoeskakne’s FAMILY HAS ALREADY HAD VIOLENT THREATS FROM A PHONE CALL HE MADE WITH AN INMATE’S SMUGGLED PHONE. THE PHONE WAS CONFISCATED THE NEXT DAY.
